CLICK INDICATION
Adding simple graphics to indicate a mouse click is an excellent way to have your jury or mediator stay focused on what you are presenting on-screen.
Click on the document exhibit to the right.
You will notice that a ring is created for each state of a click, the click down, and then the release.
Now try and move the document by clicking down on the mouse button then holding it down.
While holding down the mouse button, move the document around the screen.
Then stop holding down the mouse button to release it.
This is known as a drag and drop.
Listen for the sounds played on the mouse down and mouse release.
This is another way to help remind your audience during your hearing to “Look here now, look at this item I am clicking on, I will be speaking about the themes related to this item next. Please pay attention.”
